Things you Shouldn’t do night before Technical HR
Subject: Those things you need to do the before your technical HR , My Experience
Hello Everyone this post is for Backend / SWD Technical HR Round that this happened to me.
One Fine day i attend two online technical interview Infosys(Infytq) , And a Startup company in Bangalore through my campus.Let me tell things that happened on that day at morning 10.00 AM we went to Infytq test (Truth is i prepared well but i failed in that exam) and we went to room straight away , but my one of friend went to college to attend class at evening he called us and said there’s a drive now in our college so we went there at 4.00 PM and we attend that those problems are easy but i’m not trained for the Competitive Program so there’s a 3 Questions(Easy/Medium/Medium) i solved 2 questions in that after a month my placement officer called me and said you’re selected for 2nd round and they gave tasks in Sanic Python web framework and i completed that and they called me to Bangalore so i went there they informed me to stay for 2 days , actually i am for backend but my college students are selected for frontend and backend also so we went there and they said to choose your task they gave 5 task from that we need to pick any one and we need do
- Database Design
- Class Design
- Software Design
after that we need to built that website with any framework in python (i used flask) we need to design API and UI also so i started the coding i alone passed all the design areas and started coding finally the day ends and the HR(he’s a co-founder of that company) said come tomorrow now move to you’re room , and we went to our room.
I went and slept well (i do-no why i did that ,instead of preparing for technical round) but that’s what happened.
The next day morning we went i finished the product almost 80 % i designed API and UI and he said ok let’s move to “Personal HR” i passed (i think so) and now “Technical HR” i haven’t prepared for anything because i was in my home for my weekend my sir said me go to Bangalore “i said haa ok i’ll go“,
so i haven’t received data structures , OOPS nothing i was preparing statistics for Data Science. so the interview on Skype because he’s(My reporting Technical HR) on vacation at that time.
The big mistake is i haven’t Prepared anything for that specific role so i struggled a lot in that interview but i have answered 4/10 Technical question and 1/1 implementation question mainly i failed to answer OOPS that’s the main reason , i forget how to implement Multiple Inheritance. That’s the main mistake i did so the Personal HR said we will call you
After a 3–4 weeks i have asked what about result He said: You’re not selected but you can try , your reporting manager needs to take you a another interview are if you interested in our company , I asked: Yeah i’ll but what are the areas i need to be strong he said one word OOPS .
This happens Yesterday i asked him 1 month time for next interview “i should be strong in Data Structures and OOPS , few design Patterns” , He said we’ll ping you on October.
Moral of the incident:
Be prepare always in data struct and OOPS because we’re freshers we need to know that .
