Is it really stressful working in Startup
A fresher view : I’m a software/backend developer in 8–13 employees based startup
Hello world welcome back , how it’s going : good right.So the answer for the above question “Is it really stressful working in Startup?” the answer is NO , Not at all But it’s more challenging , why i’m saying like this , is this the real truth?
Definitely because when we’re working in startup there are two types of companies we can divide as
- Company thinking to become UNICORN
- Company Moving towards UNICORN
So what is what?
I’m working on 2nd case , these types of companies already have some products but they know what will make the to the next level , and they already started working for that.(this is 2nd case).
In 1st case , these types of companies have some products , but they are still thinking about that idea but they will become the 2nd case.

So the 2nd case companies need to care of their old products and also invest their time , money , mind to create the UNICORN idea to reality, normally the senior developers take care of the new things and newbie take care of old projects but in my case it’s vice versa because of they are occupied of some works , So i need to tell myself “Avengers Assemble” and i know , i already have created some projects that experience is the more helping myself to move forward but here we have deadlines too , and when i ask what are the features that i need to keep / not to keep ,my Product Manager said
“sometimes you have to make decision(s)” ,
because we’re creators “I said.”
Now a days i really thinking in the mind of “Software Engineer” , i see data structures everywhere , are you?
What really more challenging :-
You may ask what really more challenging ? because coding is easy right!!
so read my programming is easy but ..
i hope you find something there . yeah that’s true when comparing to designing a solutions to a problem is really hard , choosing the pipeline , code flow , everything matters.
Code once , Deploy as SAAS
the way we started is a simple system/idea but the way we’re going in a very different path , but we know what is our next destination is , we know where it will take us to.

There’s a lot of technologies that are available in open source , but there’s no perfect use cases to use them.because today is my 4th Friday as a Software Engineer , it’s already 3 weeks when i started coding for this project there’s a lot technologies we have discussed few things we have implemented too , if i can learn many things in just 4 Friday(s)(a month) which means there’s a lot of things going on..
What are technology i working ?
NoNo , i won’t share all the things / technologies i’m working but i’ll tell what are the …(i don’t know what to place there) , so we’re currently using
- Python,
Trust me i’m using python so some famous techs in 2019 needs python , so think yourself , what i’m using.

Everybody have 24 hours , ok don’t comparing myself to others , Everyday in my life have 24 hours but when i was in university 24hrs is a lot , but now 24hrs is not enough because everyday is not same , try to manage our time, and there’s lot to learn other than technology ! Do you mean math ? Yes math is always my best friend because whenever i’m need of solutions for something math it will never give it me , it plays hide and seek game with me.
So lot to focus and lot to do.
